Hemanthkumar Ramkumar, Trainee Global Quality Management at Coroplast

TRAINEE PROGRAMMES Anything but standard

Have you successfully completed your studies and gathered your first practical experience in the form of an apprenticeship or internships? Then our trainee programmes are the ideal way to begin your professional career.

We will coordinate your training plan to suit your individual needs, taking account of your major field of study, your preferences and our standards and requirements. Furthermore, mentors will provide you with intensive, personal supervision and support. Within 12 to 18 months you will undergo a well-tailored training programme in sales, purchasing, development or IT applications. During this time you will get to know all of the structures, processes and interfaces relevant to your specialised function.

You will be independently responsible for ambitious, challenging projects. Mentors will support you during each individual phase of the process. You will also benefit from the comprehensive range of further training options available to you in our CoroAcademy. We attach great importance to the quality and continual further development of our trainee programmes and have been honoured by ABSOLVENTA GmbH for our career-enhancing and fair trainee programme

Explore your limits

How is the mood in the USA? Is my Spanish good enough for Mexico? What is it like to work in China, Tunisia, Poland or Moldova? Our trainees get the opportunity to work at one or more of our foreign locations for several months. We expect you to be flexible and highly committed. In our international business, you will, of course, also need good English skills. If you are able to convince us with your outgoing personality as well, you have a good chance to begin work as a trainee with Coroplast.

You will find further information in our trainee programme flyer.
