New Service Centre in Versailles
With the opening of our new Service Centre in Versailles, we are again keeping our key brand promise: we want to be close to our customers. In fact, the city with its world-famous palace – not far from the French capital – offers a decisive advantage, as it is located in the immediate vicinity of all relevant players in the automotive world. Whether manufacturers such as PSA and Renault, or suppliers such as Faurecia, Valeo and Plastic Omnium – they are all just a short drive away.
The new Coroplast Service Center in France
“We want to firmly embed Coroplast in the French market long-term and establish strong customer proximity with our local presence”, says Jean-Christophe Coron, manager of the new service centre. With the founding of the service centre, Coroplast's Cable Assemblies business unit is demonstrating its clear commitment to France as a manufacturing location.
Born in France, Coron is now faced with the exciting challenge of establishing the office and publicising his work. “Up to now I have provided support for our French partners from our base in Wuppertal and had the outstanding infrastructure at the company headquarters to rely on. The location in Versailles will give these activities a positive new boost.”
Just like the others in Wolfsburg, Ingolstadt, Stuttgart and the USA, the new Service Centre remains in close, regular contact with the headquarters and the respective plants.
