The success of Coroplast is founded in its motivated and successful employees. To be successfully in the future, we place strong emphasis on training and advancement of our junior employees - whether they work in the commercial or the industrial area. This is why we offer you, and approximately eight to ten other young people the opportunity to learn one of four recognised occupations through an apprenticeship at Coroplast every year. We train apprentices for our own staff requirements. Therefore, chances are excellent to be retained in a full position after successfully concluding the apprenticeship.
During your training, you will proceed through the individual areas of our company in a scheduled manner. Through this process, we provide you with a very comprehensive and practical know how, thus preparing you for the requirements of today's labour market. Additionally, we offer you to participate in voluntary, extracurricular personal development opportunities, as well as participation in special exam preparation courses and company-internal hands-on training.
Apprentices with outstanding performance in the theoretical and practical parts of their training may be offered fast-track completion of their apprenticeship.
