ABS systems

Wheel house wiring must function - always. Whether ensuring proper communication of the ABS sensors or the acceleration sensors, reading out break pad wear and levelling data or to control adaptive levelling systems - we deliver cable assemblies for all these applications our customers and drivers can rely on.

At Coroplast, we are capable of placing up to nine individual conductors inside one single PUR plastic sheathed cable. They will be routed from the chassis to the wheel mount, where they will be routed to the individual sensors and actuators via waterproof,  spray-on distributor grommets. Our years of experience in this area lead to a wide range of PUR non-metallic sheathed cables produced at our own facilities that meet all requirements in the wheel housing.

It may well be, that we are the only manufacturer of wheel housing cable assemblies able to injection mould all necessary grommets and sockets for sealing, affixing, cable routing and distribution in one process directly onto the non-metallic sheathed cable. This process step sets the quality of our product significantly apart from other comparable products.
